About Us
Incorporated on January 26, 1995 out of a series of meetings organized by the Construction Industry Service Corporation (CISCO), the Midwest Employee Benefit Funds Coalition (MEBFC) was created and designed to negotiate reduced rate services with health care and service providers in the region. The MEBFC also serves as a facilitator for quality and utilization review and other healthcare trends that are of interest to our members.
